Our staff have been trained to find the right property for the right Tenant, offering convenient viewing times, long opening hours and expert advice. Our data base is constantly updated and we endeavour to provide an excellent choice of properties to help you find your ideal home.

Rooftops have a network of offices throughout the area and therefore can offer a complete and extensive range of properties to suit everyone’s needs.

Our website and links have been formulated for ease of use and our property details should cover all the information you require. Local information and maps of the area are provided with transport links. Rooftops staff are local to the area and have a wealth of knowledge about most things within their areas and we have direct links with schools throughout Cheshire.

Opening Hours 

We realise that Tenants need to be able to view properties at times that are convenient to them. We are open 6 days a week and have a full complement of staff on each day to give you the best possible service. We are flexible in our approach to viewings and endeavor to make sure you see the right property at the right time for you.

Online Applications

We can guide you through all aspects of the Letting Service we provide and you can fill in any Applications via our online service, saving you time and trouble.

References will be required from all prospective applicants aged 18yrs or over and guarantors where applicable.

An administration fee is required, this can be paid by debit card or credit card (subject to a 2.5% charge); we cannot accept payment by cash.

NOTE: Rooftops do not make any extra charges for Guarantor Tenancy Agreement, Express Move-in, Saturday Move-in, Check-in fees etc.

Immigration Act 2014

According to the Immigration Act 2014, effective 1st February 2016, you will need to have your residency status validated in the UK. Our referencing Company, UKtenantdata will apply a small charge of £16 + VAT to be paid directly to them; this will cover the cost of the additional work required and ensure you have the right to rent in the UK and are in possession of the correct residency permission.

Insurance

It is important that when you rent out a property you are adequately Insured and Rooftops have this covered for you. Just contact the office and they will give you any details and prices you require or you can go online directly to our Insurers.

Deposit Protection

Deposit are now held in Government Schemes and Rooftops register any deposit we hold on a management property within 14 days of receiving it. Any deposits held by Let only Landlords are forwarded to them and they have to register and send you the details.
