We visit you to take photos and build floorplans
Our photographer will visit your home to take great photographs, compile a floor plan and carry out an EPC (if required). When the photos are ready to go online, you will be notified to select the ones you would like to feature in your listing.
Marketing to all
We market your home to millions.
Your home will be advertised on the biggest property websites including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and via our own website and shop windows.
Viewings and Feedback
Rooftops staff will carry out all viewings of your property with potential buyers, ( subject to opening hours and availability), and give you any feedback. Our staff will always try and establish exactly what position the buyers are in with regard to mortgage offers, cash buyers etc and make sure that they are looking at the right properties in the right price range.
Feedback is very important when you are selling a property and we will always endeavour to keep you up to date with each viewing and comments from potential buyers.
Offers & Negotiation
You receive offers.

We qualify every offer for ability to complete before discussing it with you over the phone. We then negotiate the very best price for you, based on how you’d like to proceed.
